Our Policies

CANCELATION POLICY (for training at our facility):

Training classes at our facility require a 72 hour notice in order to receive a 100% refund or complimentary re-scheduling for a different class.  When no notice is given, or notice which is less than 72 hours, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the entire training fee.


We strongly suggest you RSVP in advance for training.  We proactively schedule students for training programs, and close out registration when classes reach their capacity (12-students max at our facility).  Walk-ins are welcome, but will not be allowed if the class is at maximum capacity.  Payment is always required in full prior to the training, or at the time of training if an exception is granted.  Certification cards will not be issued until payment is made in full, or authorization to invoice a company is pre-approved.


If you have concerns about the shipping expenses, please contact Frontier Safety and Supply directly.  Due to the nature of shipping a variety of products, there is no easy way to calculate shipping expenses.  There are also weight limitations for the USPS shipping application which will not allow more that 70 pounds on an order.  Please call or e-mail us for a large order and we will make every effort to get you better pricing!  Call us at (907) 301-5155.  We strive to offer the best price possible!  Thanks for giving us that opportunity!

Certain manufacturers will not allow us to sell below their suggested prices on the internet.  Feel free to call us and see if we can offer you a better price than we advertise at !  Bulk order and corporate discounts are available!

You can buy with confidence, knowing that if you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of a purchase, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping, handling, hazardous material expenses, or other fees).  The original sales receipt is necessary.  The item(s) must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging, including any accompanying manuals and accessories.  A 5% restocking fee applies.

Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items.  For a list of exceptions to our Standard Return policies and instructions on how to return these particular items please read our Return Exceptions policy.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately at (907) 301-5155 or before returning the product.  Please be prepared to supply the date of the order, the item(s) shipped, amount paid, method of payment and invoice number.  We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return.  A return authorization number (RA#) will be given to you.


1. Please call (907) 301-5155 prior to returning product(s) to us.  We will issue you a return authorization number (RA#) and provide any special instructions you may need to return the item(s) to us.

2. Pack your item(s) according to any special instructions you may have been given, and clearly write your RA# on the outside of the package.   Be aware: restrictions apply to hazardous materials such as matches, lighters, fuel canisters, fire extinguishers, over-the-counter medications, syringes, etc.

3. Fill out the Frontier Safety and Supply RETURNS FORM and include it with the item you are returning.

In every instance where the contents of a kit or product is shown, the contents of that kit or product is subject to change.  We reserve the right to add, replace, or withdraw items at our discretion.


If returned via mail, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.  Sorry, shipping & handling fees, hazardous material fees and other expenses are not refundable.  You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.


Many of the items that are sold at Frontier Safety and Supply come with a manufacturer's warranty.  For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, contact the manufacturer directly.


Due to increased fraud, we do not sell products outside of the USA. Sorry for the inconvenience.
