Jon, the instructor was very helpful with demonstrating the skills for CPR and using the AED, then letting me to do the skills and give feedback. Great place to learn and do CPR/AED. Plenty of opportunities to demonstrate your skills and what you’re learning. They also have a neat shop corner to buy all your first aid needs. If you sign up, you will walk out with new knowledge and skills. 5/5! Cindy ParkJuly 7, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent class, Highly recommend! Instructor John is very engaging, funny and I've never had a more wonderful experience in a BLS class EVER. And I've been a nurse for over 10 years! He's informed us of the most common mistakes during CPR and how to avoid them when in those situations. There was plenty of time with both pediatric and adult mannequins and various scenarios that we may come across. If you're going to do a BLS class, do this one, hands down THE BEST. I can remember everything and feel confident in my skills. E H.June 27, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great supply store has just about everything but the surgical tools and equipment! Sadly, poor customer service, or at least staff instructors, for the training. Mistaking my anxiety and PTSD for drug use. So if you have slight agoraphobia and PTSD... It is probably sadly best to pay the 600$ price for a private lesson, or hopefully, staff learns not to judge first appearances. I have heart disease. The last thing I need is drugs, other than weed! Lol As my profile picture shows, and by the dispensaries, I've written reviews for on here shows. The woman at the front desk was fantastic, helped me with the technical difficulties, and my anxiety rants while trying not to feel like I was in a crowded small space. I did, however, find out they do except card & cash payments. Just unfortunately, you WILL need to check in early to confirm there's a spot available. They may over book your spot as I have found out. All in all, 5 stars all around. Just poor staff/ instructors. Boo on you! For making nasty remarks while out of the room thinking I can't hear you 20 feet away! William KaysJune 23, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Exceptional Wilderness Training with Frontier Safety and Supply I recently completed a backcountry wilderness refresher course with Jon Hunt owner of Frontier Safety and Supply, and it was truly one of the most valuable and rewarding experiences I’ve had when it comes to this type of training. The training was top-notch—comprehensive, hands-on, and Jon was exceptionally knowledgeable in wilderness safety. The session was packed with practical skills geared specifically towards backcountry wilderness first aid. Huge thanks to Jon Hunt for taking the time to squeeze me in for a solo course on a Saturday evening to complete my training. Highly recommend!
